Mr. Joseph Rusinovich, the Chairman & CEO of HRM Partners, Inc. and Mr. Ryota Mitsugi, the President & COO of HRM Partners, Inc. will discuss salary update and human resource management practice.
This seminar will discuss the following:
1. A review of the major labor economic factors including unemployment, labor force participation, inflation, mass layoffs, etc.
2. Survey data of expected salary adjustments and incentives for 2018 including a breakout by industry and region.
3. Benchmark salary survey data for selected positions by region.
4. Benchmark group benefits survey information regarding healthcare and implications for small to mid-sized employers.
