【勤務内容】
• Assists administrative work of the company’s major services contracts and supports administration of possible new contracts of services.
• Administers seminar membership database, assists an operation of seminar, and is in charge of preparation of the seminar.
• Performs sales and administration tasks of contracts for other services.
• Contacts and collects accounts receivable in a timely manner.
• Prepares, issues, sends and monitors invoices and depositing related duties.
• Performs other sales-related administrative works including welcoming guests to the office, English/Japanese interpretation between U.S. clients and Japanese colleagues and preparing shipments from the office.
• Maintains and orders office supplies, and coordinate inquiries to vendors as needed.
• Provides supports to expatriates from Japan.
• Performs simple secretarial tasks, manages staff appointments, answers phone calls, and directs calls to appropriate parties or takes messages.
• Performs other General affairs duties as needed.

Others
• Seeks constant improvement, more efficient and less expensive ways and means in work processes.
• Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by manager and other senior management.

• Reports all irregular issues and problems to management for solution.

【勤務時間】 月~金曜日(週5日オフィス) 1日7時間9am-5pm(残業は基本的になし)
【給与】派遣時 $20/hr 正社員時 $21-$22/hr (DOE)
※パフォーマンス次第で正社員切り替え判断
