Japanese IT company is seeking Manager.

Responsibilities
Strategically plan and strongly promote effective integrated IT serves of cloud service and on-premises environment, expand could business, manage and perform IT infrastructure related security analysis, proposal design, implementation, and project management for our customers. This position is especially responsible for ensuring an outstanding level of customer services for network environment. (e.g., router, switch, firewall and wireless access point, LAN/WAN, Audio-Visual system, network security).

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field .
Capability to manage and perform entire projects independently, including performance and profit management.
• Strong analytical skills when dealing with requirements analysis and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills with customers, upper management, and members while managing and performing multiple projects life cycle.
• Have mind and skills to improve IT environment and processes and keep abreast of latest technology.
• Capability to manage and perform entire projects independently, including performance and profit management.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, to support clients, report to upper management, as well as to effectively work with the team.
• Japanese communication skills much preferred.
• AWS/Microsoft/CISCO related certifications preferred.

Experience
• More than 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure (especially in network) design and implementation for mid to large environments.
• More than 3 years of experience in project management and sales/proposal activities to customers.

Qualification: Must have, Preferred
• Japanese Language much preferred.
• AWS/Microsoft/CISCO related certifications preferred.

Working hours
Our core business hours are 9 - 5:30 with one hour unpaid lunch in between. Actual working hours may be slightly different, depending business needs. Strict COVID-19 safety protocols are followed in our office.
This position is required to work from the Office at least 2 times per week.
