Japanese Electric Trading Company is looking for a warehouse coordinator in Knoxville, TN.

Warehouse Coordinator Job Responsibilities:
warehouse management tasks:
• receiving
• unloading
• shipping preparation
• palletizing
• labeling
• loading
• monthly inventory
• cleaning
• preparation of shipping invoice
• shipping processing
• export application support

Outsourced warehouse/consignment warehouse management tasks:
• shipping instructions
• monthly confirmation of warehouse inventory
• system inventory quantity

Purchasing tasks:
• Determining the order quantity from the customer's forecast (weekly)
• expanding the forecast to the supplier
• issuing PO using SAP
• delivery date management

Customer service tasks:
• creating estimates
• receiving POs from customers (checking amount and quantity)
• registering orders in SAP
• notifying delivery dates
• issuing invoices from SAP
• Sending invoices
• negotiating inventory pickup
• collecting unpaid bills

Other tasks:
• office and warehouse equipment arrangement

Qualifications:
• Bachelors or Associates Degree preferred
• Excellent multi-tasking skill
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Bilingual in Japanese is plus but not required.
• Previous working experience in a warehouse is a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good math skills

Physical Requirement:
• Required to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 45 pounds.

SALARY: Starting $19.00/h
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
LOCATION: Knoxville, TN
HOURS: 7:30am -16:30pm
Hybrid Option available after training completion (Tuesdays and Fridays WFH)
Overwork may be required when necessary.
