Japanese company seeks an inside Sales


Position Summary
Performing under general supervision, a person to this position provides inside sales and customer support.

Essential Job Functions
Inside Sales/Sales Administration

•Takes calls from customers and distributors inquiring about parts availability, parts shipment dates, order confirmations, invoices, tracking numbers, engineering drawings, etc.
Issues sales quotes for parts and units to distributors and end users by email or phone.
•Enters order from distributors into the Company’s SAP order entry system.
•Provides non-stock orders to Purchasing to handle ordering.
•Issues returns good authorization for customers who have ordered or received incorrect parts and follows up to assure parts are returned and Accounting issues credits; Issues credit forms as needed.

Other & Miscellaneous
•Participates in the physical inventory twice per year.
•Provides back-up support to receptionist for telephones as needed.
•Seeks constant improvement, more efficient and less expensive ways and means in work processes.
•Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
•Maintains high ethical standards in the work place.
•Reports all irregular issues and problems to management for solution.
•Maintains good communication with management, staff & outside contacts.
•Complies with all company policies and procedures.
•Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area.
•Maintains high ethical standards in the work place.

【Salary range】Full time　$40-50K
