Japanese packaging machine manufacturing company is seeking an office administrators.
The General Administrator is responsible for supporting the office manager and Sales Department. In addition, the General Administrator will support some accounting activities pertaining to issuing PO, creating sales invoice, clerical works, and secretarial work will be included.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Assist the Office Manager and Sales Department with the day-to-day, monthly, and year-end operations, including customer support, crating documents such as PO, Sales Invoice.
Duties and Responsibilities
Process recurring product orders.
Generate Sales documents as PO and Invoice.
Coordinate domestic shipments.
Trouble shoots shipping issues and customer complaints that arise and work to solve them.
Assist artwork support
Creating documents related to QA
Support Managers as needed with tasks including but not limited to accounting transactions.
Organize and maintain accounting filing system.
Support sales team/customer service with physical inventory counts. Perform periodic test counts per advice of Manager.
Strong communication skills
Ability to analyze and think critically about a situation
Excel at writing, speaking and presenting in English
Ability to manage time efficiently and ability to organize work effectively
Ability to handle a variety of assignments, balance priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure
Positive, strong team player able to work in a multi-cultural environment
Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Education, Experience and other qualifications
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree
2 years or more of combined experience performing Administration Tasks.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to consistently complete tasks in a timely manner.
Language: Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
