Japanese company is seeking an Outside Sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Communicate with customers by phone, email or in person.
• Receive orders, order entry to the system or change the orders.
• Answer the questions and manage the requests.
• Adjust complaints concerning the products, shipping, billing or service, referring complaints to designated departments for investigation.
• Other duties may be assigned.
- Building and maintaining good relationship with clients
- Visiting clients and introduce company's product and service
- Providing quotes
- Invoicing
- Other administrative tasks assigned by supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Entry Level
- Excellent communication skill
- Basic computer skill
- Able to go over-night business trip (by car/ air)

HOURS:
Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm (30 min break)
