IT Company is seeking a Japanese Bilingual Business Analyst Manager Expert.

The role is to assist TB Global Product team with its key initiatives related to transaction banking products of Japanese Mega Bank.
Manage of team of Business Analyst who interface between with business users and IT for collaboration on Business requirements, support, application improvements and project. Direct implementation/analysis of Business requirements, policy and procedures as it relates to end user computing.
Supervision/training of business analysts who interface with the business units and IT for Business requirements. Development and maintenance of End User policy and procedure and best practices. Coordination with various business lines and management regarding end user computing to effectively support business functions.
Strategic execution of systems to business line managers and IT for execution and maintenance.
Interact with IT where necessary to develop a harmonized solutions. Work with in-house developers to provide business units with Business requirement, Business Process Reengineering.
Provide and implement tactical and strategic governance and plan for EUC environment.

- Business analyst role
Collaborate with sales, implementation and system team to improve the service efficiency through business analysis of whole process.
Also communicate with compliance and legal to address regulatory/legal requirement.

- Liaison role;
Communicate with Head Office (primarily with Transaction Banking Division. GOPD, SYSD, etc... as required) for specific matters such as project plan, operation, system, legal and compliance.

[Requirements]
- Work experience & Skills:
5 years or longer in experience as team/project lead role and IT related project (ex. IT engineer, infrastructure, support desk, etc.)
Working knowledge of core banking and or market products
Working knowledge of IT systems
Strong Analytic Skills
- Education:
BS in Accounting / Finance preferred.
(or equivalent and 8-10+ years of experience)
- Bilingual Language skills:
Fluent in Japanese (including reading and writing) and English
