IT company seeks an IT Sales Assistant.

【JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:】
This position involves assisting our sales representatives by providing sales support, explaining our
services to customers, creating necessary documents such as estimates, contracts, purchase orders,
invoices, and handling customer inquiries, among other duties.

Additionally, it will involve supporting tasks such as customer management, product ordering, license
management, and assisting in creating presentation materials.

This position requires strong communication skills.
In addition to administrative sales tasks, they often involve direct participation in sales activities. This may
include accompanying sales representatives on sales calls, conducting research to facilitate contract
negotiations, and managing the schedules of sales personnel. Strong coordination skills are necessary for
managing interactions with clients effectively.

Familiarity with PC operations is also necessary. Proficiency in major software such as Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, and Outlook are essential. Our company, which serves many Japanese clients, requires
business etiquette that aligns with Japanese customs. This includes language usage, email writing, and
general demeanor at a level suitable for professional interactions.

Sales assistants often have a significant amount of "verification work." We seek individuals who can pay
attention to detail. Additionally, sales assistants need to anticipate and be considerate of future situations
to prevent mistakes by sales representatives.

【SKILLS, ABILITIES, & OTHER REQUIREMENTS】
1. Must have well-developed written and oral communication skills in English and Japanese.
2. Strong knowledge of MS365 and enterprise licensing plans and subscriptions. Also, management of
licenses and subscriptions other than Microsoft will be required.
3. High-quality communication and persuasion skills with customers and vendors and the ability to
understand contracts are essential.
4. The ability to assess various situations, identify problems, and devise solutions for resolution is also
necessary.
5. In order to provide service to customers, it will also be necessary to quickly grasp the understanding of
software or systems that one has not personally used. The ability to proactively engage in actions and
research when facing unfamiliar tasks is also required.
6. Must possess excellent customer service skills.
7. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

【WORK EXPERIENCE:】
2-5 years experience in sales of computer software/hardware or customer service and technical support
experience preferred.
