Japanese Manufacture company in San Jose/CA currently seeking a Temporary Accountant/ Hybrid who will be responsible for financial closing, sales invoicing, and SGA in SAP.

Position Title: Temporary Accountant

● Review and verify sales orders for sales invoicing
● Record sales in SAP and sending invoices to customers
● Finalize daily sales in SAP and inform sales team
● Finalize sales transactions in SAP for month-end closing
● Prepare, review, and record journal entries for month-end closing
● Responsible for non-inventory billings – review, verify, and record non-inventory vendor invoices in SAP
● Reconcile all accounts balances for month-end closing
● Prepare financial statements
● Responsible for sales tax filing

• Experienced in accounting functions. (AP, AR, SAP, inventory control, month-end close, account reconciliation, general ledger, etc.)
• 3+ years in experience in accounting
• Experienced in working with SAP
• Advance excel skills required
• Detail-oriented, analytical
• Strong communication skills in a multi-cultural business environment
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required, certification a plus

Location: San Jose, CA
Work schedule: Hybrid work/ Office - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Home – Tuesday, Friday
Work Hours::10am to 4pm ( 6 hours)
