Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Administrator to join our accounting team. As an Accounting Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, reports, and accounts. You will work closely with the CFO and other members of the accounting department to support financial operations and provide valuable insights for decision-making.

Providing a pleasant work environment and general administrative support will be your duties, so office management experience, especially from IT related aspect, will be preferable.

Responsibilities:
Job Duties
• Record day-to-day incoming / outgoing payments for the company and related companies, weekly transfers, and loans.
• Review and upload invoices to the workflow system (Kintone).
• Review AP invoices.
• Prepare and submit a payment list, obtaining vendor’s bank information, and processing wire / ACH / check payments.
• Review and post expense reports in SAP.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports.
• Prepare rent invoices.
• Reconcile bank and Amex statements.
• Create Excel sheets for Amex journal entry and post.
• Process incoming / outgoing check payments.
• Communicate with vendors to schedule services.
• Research the most effective and cost-saving option and order PC/PC related supplies.
• Onboarding and offboarding of staff members.
• Process state filing.
• Provide IT support by communicating with IT related vendors (IIJ and Visoin33).
• Coordinate IT projects and gather and organize necessary information.
• Manage cybersecurity training and announce results and takeaways.
• Performs all other duties, as assigned.

Required Education, Training, Knowledge and Experience
• High School Diploma GED or equivalent, required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferred, or a combination of practical experience and education will be considered as an alternative.
• Must have excellent skills in MS Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams), and preferably in Adobe Acrobat.

Qualifications
• US work authorization (Required)
• Must be fluent in English and Japanese business level is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years accounting experience including accounts payable and accounts receivable, bank reconciliation. Experience and knowledge of ERP system are required. Especially, experience of SAP is desirable.
