Japanese IT company seeks a PC Technical Support.

Job Title: PC Technical Support
Location: NYC
Working Hours : Mon. - Fri. 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Eastern Time / 6AM – 2PM in PT
Roles:
1) User Support related to whole IT (includes Wifi, Firewall, Network, PC and its software, mobile devices.
- User account management over the AD environment, PC setup, MS Intune (MDM), VPN configuration, Outlook issues)
2) Integrates with other members and outsourced vendors to solve issues
3) Documentation (Japanese/English)
Requirements:
1) Must have technical support experience (Windows PC, software, email issue, VPN, etc)
over 5 years are ideal.
2) Must have experience in documentation (both in Japanese/English)
3) Must be proactive.
· This position will be assigned to an end-customer located in NYC for 5 days.
· End customer has around 100 users.
· This position will work with about 7 IT team members.
