Japanese IT company is currently looking for a Manager (System Implementation & Operational Support) to join our Enterprise Solutions No. 1 Department in our New York Office.

Key Responsibilities: This position is responsible for leading team members to solve software requirements by analyzing, creating, modifying, and maintaining application systems to meet user needs.

The right candidate will possess:
• Project management experience
• Non-Japanese vendor management experience
• Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
• Analytical skills with regards to requirements analysis, maintenance and troubleshooting.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience with SAP system application implementation
• SAP Certified Application Associate with ERP Certification
• Strong English communication skills to support customers, report to upper management, as well as to effectively work with the team
• Strong leadership skills
• Collaborates well with team and project members
• Ability to work well with a team as well as individually
• Ability to be a good team player with great communication skills, problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and negotiation skills


Salary Range:
• 100K –130K Annual
Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to qualification, work experience, training, education, and skill level.
