日系建築・デザイン関連企業にてプロジェクトコーディネーターを募集しております。


【業務内容】
商用物件、レストラン、住宅などの内外装の施工にあたり、見積もり、デザイン、スケジュール管理の一連の業務を担当頂きます。
• Consultation with Clients (Mostly in Japanese/English)
• Design input (Layouts, Elevations, and Detailing)
• Establish Scope, Budget of work, and Scheduling through Estimating
• Bid/Contracting with Sub Contractors and Clients
• City Coordination: obtaining Plan Check approval and Building Permits
• Oversee construction activities, including coordination of Sub Contractors/Clients, and Complete Project within Budget and Deadlines.

月-金　9:00-5:00
