Title: Sales Manager
Location: Woodhaven, MI
Salary: $85k~
FLSA States: Exempt
Hours: 8:00-17:00

Job description:
• Prepare quotations.
• New customer and new model development.
• Perform customer follow-up.
• Contact and visit customer sites and help resolve problems or concerns.
• Facilitate projects and orders with team.
• Prepare quality and production documents for new parts.
• Member of the quality committee.
• Perform all duties detailed in quality & environmental procedures.
• Responsible for all appropriate Quality + Environmental Systems policies and procedures.
• Develop and prepare samples.

Training/Safety:
• Understand the company’s quality/environmental policy.
• 5S, SDS, safety rules, Fire/Tornado drill.
• Knowledge of sales/material items.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Competency/Skill:
• Computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CAD 2D, illustrator).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail and accuracy.
• Ability to travel (fly and drive) and work on the weekends and holidays.
• Experience in manufacturing is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and 9001, IATF 16949 are a plus but not required.

Qualification:
• Associate degree or equivalent.
• 3 years of sales experience in the manufacturing industry
