The General Manager (GM) will oversee daily operations across all facilities, ensuring business objectives are met efficiently.
Responsibilities include leading teams, boosting sales, optimizing productivity, and maintaining a safe work environment.
The GM plays a key role in achieving sales, operational, and financial targets while upholding high standards and driving organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
[Production and Quality]
• Production Control (Production Planning, Work Schedules)
• Monitor Production Rates
• Quality Control
• Design Engineering
• Inventory Control
• Determine Purchasing Needs, and place orders of Materials, or other
• Machine Maintenance
• Operation skill of ISO14001, and IATF16949

[Sales and Customer Service]
• Prepare and approve quotations
• New customer and new model development
• Contact and visit customer sites to enhance new sales and resolve problems or concerns
• Develop and prepare samples
• Facilitate projects and orders with team
• Manage and establish the activity plans to achieve sales targets.
• Customer Service Support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers

[HR/Admin Department]
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies based on the company’s
needs.
• Performance Management of employees
• Provide a safe and comfortable work environment and promote internal
communication
• Monitor individual KPI and make plans to achieve the targets.
• Status or Operational Report to head office

[Financial]
• Monthly and yearly report to head office (Sales, Financial Report, and etc)
• Management Financial process, according to compliances

Training/Safety
• Understand the company’s quality/environmental policy
• Knowledge of sales/material items
