Japanese IT company seeks a Help Desk.
We are seeking a dedicated Help Desk professional to join a dynamic team at a Japanese trading company located in Midtown, NYC. This is a full-time position that requires a mix of onsite and remote work.
【Key Details:】
Work Schedule:
・Three days onsite and two days work-from-home (FWH).
・Occasional onsite work upon request, with prior coordination.
Shift Hours:
・9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
・8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
・12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Preferred but not mandatory).
Language Requirements:
・English fluency is required.
・Japanese language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
【Responsibilities:】
・Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
・Respond promptly to IT-related inquiries and resolve problems effectively.
・Maintain and update technical documentation and user guides.
・Assist with the setup and configuration of IT equipment.
・Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless IT operations.
