The Junior Field Service Engineer will be responsible for servicing our Machine Tool
products across a broad range of manufacturing customers. This role provides an excellent
opportunity for the candidate to build hands-on expert with our technologically advanced
products, including conventional lathes, CNC machine tools, CNC lathes, CNC turning centers,
and sophisticated FA cells and systems.

Responsibilities Include:
 Installation, modification, and repair of machines.
 Providing comprehensive customer support.
 Building strong relationships with both our distributor engineers and customers.
 Traveling as necessary to support our clients and projects.
 Other duties as assigned by the Service Manager.

Requirement
・Have AA in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or more than 2 years experience in related field.
・Must be able to read/interpret technical drawing and Good communication skills and proficiency in MS office is necessary.
・Must be able to go over night business trip-Job include up to 50% business trips.
・Must have US Driver's license with clean record
