Japanese company seeks a Customer Service in Logistic Department.

Wage: $22-$23/hr
Part Time (3.5h/week~) or Full Time
Job Type: Temporary

Essential Job Functions
• Invoicing to customers.
• Communicate with customers and warehouses to organize transportation issues.
• Negotiate rate with trucking companies.
• Check the bill from warehouse & trucking companies.
• Issue customs and shipping documents to forwarders and warehouses.
• Issue export documents.
• Responsible to maintain accurate filing system for invoices, and other transportation related documents.
• Communicate with warehouses and make a report of the inventory level on a monthly basis.

Requirement
• Must have 2 years of Import logistics coordination experience.
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience or knowledge of using SAP system
