Job Summary:
A Sales Support will work in close collaboration with Managers, Sales Representatives, and team members to support every aspect of sales activity.
Responsibilities:
Quotation Duties
• Manage on-site photos/videos and measurement drafts.
• Register and request updates in KSS TABA and company system.
• Draft specifications for quotations, packaging, and machinery.
• Organize quotation files (digital and physical).
• Draft requests for re-KE, quotations, and delivery confirmations.
Order Receiving and Serial Number Issuance
• Draft and update production specifications.
• Create and organize files for serial number projects (digital and physical).
• Prepare and request serial number materials and registrations (KSS KNIT and company system).
Internal Notices
• Distribute service requests and transmission documents.
Other Duties
• Handle shipping tasks.
• Assist with business trips (non-technical/sensitive).
• Support research at KIDS.
• Send materials to customers and pre-enter daily reports in TABA.
Requirements:
• Associate degree or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Office/Admin work experience preferred.
• Fluent / Business level in English.
• Japanese skill is required (read and write), oral communication skill is not required but helpful.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Word and Excel
• ERP system experience is a plus.
• Logistics experience is a plus (import/export).
• Travel: 10% (possibly a couple of times per year).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
