To be strengthened furthermore strong Brand, they are seeking a qualified a Business Development Specialist to extend our new reach through expert discovery and exploration of new and untapped business opportunities and relationships. They are expecting the candidate who can be trusted to drive right in, take the lead, use initiative, and contribute to each family, market and also society through our products in United States. Highly skilled at sales and business develop mind, this person will join and inspire a team of like-minded go-getters to achieve our company vision.

Essential Functions:
• Require strong skill in order to create new partner and new business opportunity, need to open door for untapped customer.
• Deeply communicating both our existing sales partner and developing new business partner.
• Creating Demand Forecast by getting information from potential customers and also require identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
• Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
• Develop new various vertical market by introducing our products such as hotel, restaurant, cooperation , education, etc.
• Develop sales goals for each client, work to meet it.
• Develop strategies such as promotion with clients to realize “win-win” relationship
• Gathers necessary information such as trading procedures, payment plans, and other information needed to develop a business relationship with clients; shares those information with related different departments.
• Sets-up and Attends to the trade show and invite potential customer

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
• Proactive Sales Activity to achieve monthly and quarterly sales target
• Feed back Product Evaluation and Requirement from market as well as customer voice
• To establish new business scheme , need to make strategy plan and propose to management and do action with stakeholders
• Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
• Manage deal structure and pricing with business value analysis toward open new customers
• Having Strong Responsibility to make satisfaction to each customer
• Ensures to submit necessary reports to the designated personnel in a timely manner
• Provides critical feedback on product development and marketing strategies
• Controls and Resolves overdue payments in coordination with sales assistant.
• Follows up with customer concerns and claims, assists in trouble shooting
• Supervises and controls sales assistants, also leads and assists them in their growth
• Analyzes sales data weekly in order to recognize issues and reviews them for future improvement.

Qualifications:
Education/Experience
• A bachelor's degree or its equivalent
• A minimum of 2-3 years of related experience

Communication Skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management

Other Skills
• Strong Skill for Presentation for Business and Products
• Ability to manage The Lead and Project created
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Ability to work well with all levels of management, build partnerships with the teams
• Ability to anticipate and solve problems, make quick decisions, and overcome hardships
• Knowledge of or interest in Japanese culture or language is not required but would be added a bonus

Work Hours
• Full-time position. Weekdays, 9-6pm.
• Must exhibit flexibility with schedule and tasks, dependent upon business needs.
