Job Summary
This position is responsible for arrang ing and booking clients’ tours. Engaging with targeted sales goal achievements. Actively participating in promotional industry events, such as travel shows. Hybrid working between the home office and the Company office is permissible. This position also
provides and assists various supporting functions regarding individual clients’ traveling requests or issues , as needed

❖Essential Job Functions
- Book air and ground transportation and optional tours for clients.
- Research the best pricing and options according to the client's specifications.
- Coordinate private tours for the client’s requirements.
- Work to meet weekly and monthly sales goals as established by the Company.
- Coordinate and participate in a travel show and other events.
- Book hotel reservations for guests in their desired location, ensuring their specifications for their stay are met.
- Organize and provide materials about potential locations and local tours to clients.
- Develop and network with new clients or prospects.
- Enter the sales and booking data and make a sales report.
- Other duties and responsibilities are assigned, accordingly, as needed.

❖Experience and Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrates organizational and problem solving skills related to book ing, client care, and possible tour incidents.
- Clarity of communication in both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize work and to still handle stressful circumstance s and situations
- Ability to work smoothly with management and other desk members
- Ability to work engagingly, autonomously and professionally with other people
- Reliable interpersonal skills with all other employees and c lient s
- Working experience with multicultural team s or different ethnicity
- Ability to experience and operate MS Office & GDS (Global Distribution System).
- A m inimum of five (5) years or longer of previous work related skill s , knowledge, or experience in related fields are required.
- Bilingual (English a nd Japanese ) capability is preferred

❖Work Environment
- Work at home; however, working at the Company office based on a particular frequency is required.
- Occasionally overtime may be required during peak season or business traveling.
- Occasionally business traveling is required.
- Occasionally working over the weekend due to travel shows or special promotional events.
