The company seeks an Accounting Manager, to support our Accounting team. This is a multi-faceted role that provides the opportunity to be involved in a variety of Accounting functions. If your experience and skill sets match our needs, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities will include:
• Preparation of the monthly accounting reports
• Accruals and Prepayments
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Month and end-year process
• Accounts payable/receivable
• Cash receipts
• General ledger
• Payroll and utilities
• Budgeting
• Cash forecasting
• Revenue and expenditure variance analysis
• Capital assets reconciliations
• Fixed asset activity
• Debt activity
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Coordinate and complete annual audits
• Provide recommendations
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Meet financial accounting objectives
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records document transactions
• Management of Accounting Associates

Minimum Requirements
• BS degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent combination of education and
• Previous experience working in a Finance department
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards,
laws and regulations
• Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Supervisor or Finance Manager
