Title: Customer Service

Job description:
• Maintain customer information and services
• Process in websites (, Taulia, Ariba, ANTS, Denso, Radley, PLEX, Covisint, sending ASN from PLEX, Radley & ANTS) for orders, invoicing, printing packing slips
• Process orders for Nissan, Subaru, Toyota in Phreebook & EDI Transmissions (sending 810 Invoicing & 856 ASN)
• Invoicing by emails (if not from customer websites)
• Accounts Receivable
• Sales reports (weekly and reporting twice/mo. to supervisor)
• Work on APR process (From March-April)
• Purchase orders: receive by email/phone, confirm price/date, enter in Phreebook
• Perform credit check for setting up new customers (no check needed for credit card purchases by new customers)
• Charging customer credit cards on Square
• Preparation of shipping documents (labels, packing slips, Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice)
• Update and maintain WI, OSR, procedures and training materials associated with customer service
• Answering phones and transferring, pick up US Mails daily (check the charges on UPS, FedEx and other tracking companies)
• Perform all duties detailed in quality & environmental procedures (saving papers)
• Create and maintain shipping, sales and roll maskers schedules without errors
• Process UPS & FedEx orders for customers and samples (domestic & overseas)
• Process expedite orders & arrange for pickup
• Toyota returnable tote tracking & billing
• Train new customer service personal
• Follow the companies safety rules (fire/tornado drills)
• Train on customers new systems and requirements
• Computer skills
