Japanese company seeks a Customer Service in Logistic Department.
Number of Openings: 1.Full Time 2.Temporary

1. Full Time
Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (1hr lunch break)*Non-exempt
Hybrid (WFH and Office) *it may be change.

Job Description
> General logistics operations including import and export (communication with customers, warehouse operators, customs brokers, trucking companies, etc.)
> Issuing and filing of export and import documents, issuing, receiving and filing of invoices
> Manage inventory and shipping records, issue order forms, and obtain estimates for warehouse and transportation costs.
> Inputting data into internal cloud and accounting software (SAP)

> 1-2yrs of experience in international logistics, basic knowledge of import/export operations, customer service experience
> English (business level) Japanese is not required but a plus
> Experience and knowledge of SAP and other systems (not required)
> Understanding and knowledge of Japanese companies and customs, and ability to adapt


2. Temporary
Temporary Period: Up to 1yr
Flexible Hours (3-4days/15-20hrs a week)
Hybrid (WFH and Office) *Office Preferred.
