Japanese company seeks an Office Manager.

Position Title: Office Manager
Department: Administration
Location: New York, NY
Hours: mon-fri 9am-5pm / Hybrid (2-3days office/2-3days WFH)
Reports to: Sr. Director
Salary: $60k-$75k/year

• Oversee the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards
• Organize maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order
• Initiate and maintain an office budget and ensure all employees follow it
• Maintain office files, implement and efficient system for other staff to access files and records
• Monitor and order office supplies, break space supplies, electronics, etc. as required
• Assist onboarding new employees and organize their employment paperwork
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure and hardware
• Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems
• Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
• Assist administering employee benefits

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• At least three to five years of administrative experience required.
• Having Accounting background is a plus
