Job Title: Python Developer & Application Support
Location: NY Office (On-site required)
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Salary Range: $120,000 – $140,000/year
Job Summary:
This position involves Python development and application support. The role includes developing and maintaining financial systems, optimizing business processes through user support, and facilitating smooth communication within a bilingual (Japanese-English) global team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop systems using Python and manage data with SQL
- Design, develop, and maintain financial systems
- Provide user support (handling inquiries, troubleshooting, and suggesting improvements)
- Design and implement new features while optimizing existing systems
- Prepare documentation and communicate technical concepts in both English and Japanese
- Collaborate with other departments to improve business processes
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience as a Python developer, including SQL (Required)
- 1+ year of experience in user support (Required)
- 3+ years of experience working with financial systems (Required)
- Work experience in a bilingual (Japanese-English) environment (Required)
- Strong teamwork skills and problem-solving abilities
