This position is responsible for driving sustainable sales growth in the US healthcare market by delivering products that support patient care and assist healthcare professionals. The Sales Manager will focus on expanding sales with existing distributors, acquiring new distributors, and establishing direct relationships with end-users, such as hospitals and clinics. Additionally, this role involves strategic planning for product marketing, key opinion leader (KOL) engagement, and distributor training to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
I. Sales-related Duties
Sales and Distribution Management
• Proactively contact potential customers through daily phone calls and in-person meetings to generate new business opportunities.
• Plan and execute sales promotions for existing distributors to maximize their sales and expand product reach.
• Identify and onboard new distributors to drive additional revenue growth in untapped markets.
• Assess customer needs and budgets, crafting tailored sales strategies to effectively promote and sell company services.
• Regularly update and adapt sales strategies in alignment with management directives, ensuring responsiveness to market changes.
• Foster strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups, particularly after submitting quotations, to secure business deals.
• Approach and build direct relationships with end-users, such as hospitals and clinics, to increase product awareness and adoption.
• Submit detailed weekly activity and call reports, keeping management informed of all customer-related activities, including quotes, orders, and any customer relationship issues.
Product Marketing and KOL Engagement
• Create and maintain high-quality sales materials for presentations, ensuring they effectively communicate the value of the company's offerings.
• Conduct persuasive sales presentations to both existing and potential customers, introducing promotional products and services.
• Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to build and manage influential relationships that drive product credibility and market reach.
• Develop, implement, and monitor product marketing strategies to align with both company goals and healthcare market needs.
• Identify and manage KOL relationships to support product visibility and endorsement in target medical fields.
Distributor Support and Training
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about products and services.
• Train distributors on product features, benefits, and effective sales techniques to maximize performance.
• Regularly assess distributor performance, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Identify and resolve client concerns effectively, handling customer complaints through phone and email communication to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Assist distributors with tailored sales and promotional strategies, ensuring consistent messaging and product positioning across the market.
Marketing Analysis and Reporting
• Diligently follow up on new leads and referrals generated from sales activities, maximizing conversion rates.
• Stay informed of market trends, identifying sales opportunities and recommending potential new services to management.
• Monitor and analyze competitor activities, providing insights to guide strategic adjustments.
• Submit monthly action reports that align with the company's strategic goals, detailing progress on sales and action plans.
• Continuously enhance knowledge of the company’s products, ensuring the ability to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Educational Bachelor’s degree from four-year university; or Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Work Experience At least five years of sales experience in distributor sales/Experience in manufacturer, distributors in dental industry (endodontics).
