General Summary:
This position is responsible for sales for High Fashion Division handling marketing and logistics, building and maintaining relations with customers and suppliers, and assisting Management as necessary.

Primary Job Functions:
1) Sales and marketing
-by generating leads; Visiting customers & potential customers. Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients; Helping customers select products, arrange and ship samples based on the customers' needs, product specifications, and interests.
-by responding and negotiating; Responding to customers' requests for pricing, availability, and product details. Preparing quotations according to bid specifications, with accurate configurations.
-by communicating with the production team in Japan; Coordinating order flow with the production team and securing the best delivery method to meet customer due dates.
-by researching; Looking for new sales opportunities (both suppliers and customers). Attending trade shows.

2) Provide quality sales customer service
- by responding to customer requests in a prompt and timely manner.
- by following up with customers to make sure they are satisfied with their purchases and to answer any questions or concerns.
- by communicating and negotiating with mill, to have a responsibility for quality.

3) Work with management, internal departments
-by maintaining clients’ records
-by preparing accurate and timely sales information and reports for senior managers, marketing and sales teams as well as keeping expense accounts/reports.
-by maintaining complete knowledge of and complying with company and department policies. .
-by preparing other monthly and quarterly reports as requested by Management

4) Entering Invoice and Documents Information
By accurately documenting all data and procedures regarding order shipments of domestic and international; by listing prices, carton quantity, delivery date, shipping methods, and other necessary information regarding products, including material contents, country of origin, colors; and by documenting any other information.

5) Others
-by performing any other duties for sales as directed by Management.
-by creating and sending invoices and statements to customers.
-by following up on payment status with customers
Secondary Job Functions:

1) Keeps Management Informed
by reporting problems immediately to Management verbally or in writing in order to avoid confusion and further problems; and by participating in meetings as necessary.

by managing time and other resources (phone, fax, e-mail) in order to maximize productivity and to accomplish tasks on time.

3) Performs General Administrative Tasks
by writing and distributing reports; by entering data; by distributing mail and faxes when necessary; by filing documents correctly; by making copies; and by undertaking other duties as needed.

4) Researching / Filters
Ensuring filters material differences and requirements by brands, approaching and communicating with brands collecting information on their filters, and catalog

5) Field Visit
Managing the schedule of exhibitions and trade shows, Scheduling appointments for meetings, preparing the presentation, planning and visiting customer offices as necessary, following up on inquiries, and communicating

Experience/Minimum Qualifications Needed
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in the Fashion/textile industry.
• English fluency in speaking, writing, and reading.
• Japanese fluency or Korean fluency is a big plus.
• Mathematical Skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and CRM/ERP

Education
Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; and related experience and/or training with sales of chemical products; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the Staff Member is regularly required to sit and talk or listen. The Staff Member is further required to stand, walk, use hands to pick up, handle or feel and reach with arms. Occasionally, the Staff Member will need to kneel or crouch. The Staff Member must be able to read and analyze written information on a computer terminal. Close vision and the ability to adjust focus are necessary for this job. The Staff Member may occasionally lift, carry, push, pull move objects of at least 10 pounds.

Working Conditions
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to noisy (i.e., working in a business office with computers, printers, and telephones). The Staff Member must be able to travel on business or work beyond normal work hours as necessary.
