About our company
Our company is a sales office for North America of an electric component manufacturer in Japan. The company’s products are the electric component and related products for home safety products
PRODUCT:
Gas sensors and related products
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales and technical support to new and existing customer inquiries
- Technical discussion with engineers in Japan
- Sales discussion with sales department in Japan
- Price negotiation with customers and Japan team
- Marketing activity such as advertisement for exhibition including online websites
- Payment check from customers
- Issue AR aging report monthly and report to a supervisor
- Submit a weekly sales report
- Attend monthly regular meeting with sales team in Japan
- Make a sales report at monthly regular meeting with US team
- Other duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in a US sales office of a Japanese manufacturer or a trading company is preferred.
-2+ years of sales experience
- Excellent communication skill in English
-Interest in Japanese language or Japanese culture is plus.
HOURS: Mon- Fri 9am to 5pm
