Detail: Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Food Sales Representative to join our team in New York. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong client relationships, and promoting our food products to distributors, retailers, and hospitality businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, including restaurants, supermarkets, and specialty food stores (such as online stores).
-Promote and sell food products to meet and exceed sales targets.
-Identify new business opportunities within the New York market and create tailored sales strategies.
-Conduct product presentations, tastings, and demonstrations for prospective clients.
-Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in line with company policies.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
-Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis.
-Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
-Proven experience in food sales, FMCG, or related industry.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Knowledge of the New York food and beverage market and its trends.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
-Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and industry events.
