3. Sharing of Personal Information
Actus will not disclose an applicant’s resume or personally identifiable information to prospective employers or clients without the applicant’s prior consent.
Applicant information may be shared with prospective employers after the applicant has agreed to be considered for the relevant employment opportunity.
Actus may share information with authorized service providers necessary to operate our recruitment services, including applicant tracking systems, cloud storage providers, website analytics services, and communication providers.
Personal information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or lawful governmental request. 5. Data Retention and Deletion
Actus generally retains applicant information for up to 48 months (4 years) from the most recent application or meaningful recruitment-related interaction, unless a deletion request is fulfilled earlier or a longer retention period applies.
Applicants may request deletion at any time. Where Actus has provided staffing, employment, placement, or related services, certain records must be retained for the periods required by applicable employment, tax, immigration, recordkeeping, or other laws. A deletion request does not override these legal obligations.
After the applicable mandatory retention period ends, Actus will take reasonable steps to securely delete or anonymize records requested for deletion, unless another lawful basis requires or permits continued retention. Other information will be deleted or anonymized when no longer needed, subject to applicable law.
Employment and placement-related records, including Form I-9, payroll, and background screening records where applicable, are managed separately and retained according to applicable legal requirements.
6. Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests
Applicants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information at any time by contacting Actus.
Actus may verify the individual’s identity before processing a request and will respond in accordance with applicable law.
Actus will process requests in accordance with applicable law. Where legally required retention periods apply to staffing, employment, placement, or related records, Actus may defer deletion of those records until the required period has ended. Other lawful retention exceptions may also apply.
Requests may be sent to info@actus-usa.com.

Actus may communicate with applicants by SMS regarding job opportunities, interview scheduling, application updates, and other recruitment-related matters.
Consent to receive automated or marketing SMS messages is voluntary and obtained separately from acceptance of the Application Terms & Conditions.
