Experience in IT Project Management (Project Leader experience is also acceptable).
Experience as a IT Business Analyst (including experience in requirements definition).
Bilingual (Native-level English is expected; Business-level Japanese is acceptable).
Experience in application development projects (understanding of web system architecture and full development lifecycle experience).
Ability to read and write SQL.
Communication Skills
Able to communicate smoothly with team members in English
Capable of identifying key discussion points and adjusting the conversation's direction as needed.
