SUMMARY:
This position is primarily responsible for manufacturing and modification of the company’s mold parts in the company’s specification, Mold assembly/disassembly and mold handling for our work orders, performing the following duties personally for customer satisfaction and team work.

This position is also responsible for machines/equipment maintenance and organizing molds and stock parts

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Programming for CNC Machines
Generate Program for CNC high speed mill and CNC lathe on the machine controller and CAM.

CNC and Manual Machine Operation
Setup and operate CNC and manual machines for the company’s molds parts and machine parts.

Mold Assembly
Assemble the company’s molds for onsite trial and for customer request.

Mold Polishing
Polish the company’s mold parts to the company’s polishing standards.

Mold Modification
Work with molding techniques engineers and mold design engineer to successfully modify the company’s mold parts to meet customer requests.

Others
Timely response to top executives and any stakeholders request and inquiry.

Raw material handling.
Conduct training for in-house and Customers.

Generate training material.
Communicate with outside vendors for mold and machine parts.

Follow/execute production department road map.
Execute maintenance of CNC machines and equipment.

Generate SOP.
Housekeeping to maintain the work area hazard free, clean, neat and orderly.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Associates degree from technical school with machining concentration; or at minimum two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with the company’s mold manufacturing.
• Experience of CNC lathe and/or CNC high speed machining center are preferred.
• Experience of G-code/M-code is preferred.
• Experience of Manual lathe, Manual mill and surface grinding are preferred.
• Experience of Mold assembly, maintenance, polishing and repair are preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

• Ability to work with mathematical fundamentals of plane, solid geometry, and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of CAM software; Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. Google Suites and Microsoft Office.
