Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm
Work Arrangement: In-office only (might go hybrid)
Requirement: English only with 5 years or more of experience in Sales in a logistics (freight forwarding) industry.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our freight forwarding sales team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain solutions, coupled with strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the freight forwarding sector.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
•Conduct market research to identify opportunities and assess competition.
•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
•Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to clients.
•Track and report sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
•Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
•Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
•Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
•Strong understanding of the freight forwarding and logistics market.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
•Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
