A Japanese company is seeking an experienced Senior Technical IT Business Analyst (Senior Tech BA) to join Fenergo implementation project for a Japanese bank.
Position Summary:
The successful candidate will play a critical role in translating business requirements into technical solutions and supporting the project's successful execution. This position requires hands-on experience with KYC systems, specifically Fenergo, and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and business teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience as a Senior Technical Business Analyst or related role within financial services.
- Experience working with KYC platforms Fenergo more than 4 years, and understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
through the project lifecycle.
- Conduct SIT, QA, and UAT with testing teams
- Hands-on experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including writing test scripts and managing testing processes.
- Data Migration documentation, testing support, Strong data mapping and validation skills related to system migration
- Assist technical teams in documenting system configurations, integrations, and customizations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)"
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience working in large-scale financial services projects, especially in the context of regulatory applications and client onboarding
- Familiarity with data migration processes, including ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Experience working with stakeholders across different regions, including EMEA and the US.
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle"
