Job Duties:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Operations:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for Japanese and American corporate clients — from job intake and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand business needs and hiring goals.
Conduct candidate sourcing using a variety of channels including job boards, databases, networking events, LinkedIn, and industry-specific platforms.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates in both Japanese and English, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company culture.
Create and manage compelling job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials to attract high-quality candidates.
Schedule and coordinate client interviews, provide candidate feedback, and ensure a smooth communication flow throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future job openings.
Client & Market Engagement:
Serve as a recruitment advisor to clients, offering insight on market trends, hiring strategies, and competitive intelligence.
Provide guidance to clients on organizational structure, workforce planning, compensation benchmarks, and labor market conditions.
Identify and pursue new client partnerships and HR service opportunities (recruiting, staffing, online HR solutions).
Represent Actus Consulting Group at client meetings, networking events, and job fairs to promote our services and strengthen brand visibility.
HR Strategy & Development:
Collaborate on the development of mid-to-long-term strategies for HR business growth across staffing, placement, and online services.
Assist in the development of internal policies, training programs, and onboarding procedures for client organizations.
Monitor hiring metrics (time-to-fill, candidate quality, etc.) and analyze data to refine sourcing and recruitment strategies.
Stay up-to-date on employment law, immigration regulations, and HR best practices in both Japan and the U.S.
Qualifications:
• Verbal and Written Communication skills in both Japanese and English and strong analytical skill are required
•Excellent organizational and communication skills, works well with a team.
•Detail-oriented and highly attentive to commitments and schedules.
•Comfortable in multi-language office environment.
•Previous job experience in Japan is plus
• Have a logical approach to decision making and problem solving.
•Ability to quickly obtain meetings with target customer
•Strategic thinker with the ability to understand customer needs and applications and provide viable and workable solutions.
