Location: US-TX-Grapevine
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate shipments with the exporter/ customer.
- Data entry including data to US Customs.
- Seamless coordination among Operations, Management and Sales Departments.
- Arrangements with Warehouse department for receiving and shipping.
- Establish rapport with carriers, airlines, and trucking companies in order to obtain competitive rates and have our presence known.
- Maintain and develop business relationships with clients.
- Verify air and ocean bills of landing, various export documents and AES filing using Export systems.
- Physically attend warehouse area to oversee inbound and outbound shipments.
- Keep updated on ever changing rules and regulations relative to transportation, TSA/ DOT/ IATA/ US Customs/ FDA/ Homeland Security and other governmental agencies as related with our industry.
- Ensure the accuracy of all documents.
- Approve vendor invoices and process for payment.
