Detail: Japanese IT company seeks IT Auditor (JSOX) to join our Business Development & Promotion Department in Irving Office.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the preparation of Japan-Sarbanes Oxley (J-SOX) IT related independent assessment activities.
• Execute assessment procedures, and perform detail analysis, and interpret results.
• Provide periodical status reports
• Prepare/provide deliverable reports to customers based on defined schedule.
• Work with business partners to present & validate potential issues.
• Facilitate the development of appropriate remediation plans/timelines in conjunction with business partners.
• Stay abreast of current IT environment and industry trends, using current technology & tools to enhance deliverables and services.
• Build relationships with team members and deliver high level of services through positive interactions.
Skills & Qualifications
• BA/BS in computer science, information systems management, business administration, or related field.
• Understanding of IT operations and controls, such as change management, incident management, logical and physical access.
• Familiarity with basic concepts of operating systems, networks, and applications to be assessed
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) proficiency required.
Experience
• Minimum 2 years of related IT Audit experience or other related IT experience
Certifications
· CISA, CISSP, CISM, ITIL, or other related designations
business hours are 9 - 5:30 with one hour unpaid lunch in between.

Hybrid Work: Require in-person office attendance 2 days per week.
