Job Responsibilities:
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues, implementing necessary updates and patches
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to maintain system security and compliance
• Coordinate with various departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate
support and solutions.
• Manage system backups, disaster recovery plans, and data integrity measures.
• Conduct regular system audits and generate performance reports for management review.
Required Qualifications:
• Excellent project management experience
• Practical experience in IT infrastructure security measures
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in both Japanese and English
• Knowledge of banking operations and financial services.
• Ability to develop and manage client relationships
• Highly motivated, self-directed individual with the ability to work independently and in team
environments

Hybrid work style: minimum 3 days in office and 2 days remote work
