KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Installation/service support based on the customer's Plant 70%
・Global Wafer (200W FM1417, Sherman, TX 75090) as the workplace, to support business travelers for wire saw installation, installation work, and after-sales service including warranty period
・To provide operation/maintenance training to customers after receiving on-the-job training from business travelers.
・After preparing the procedure necessary for installing the wire saw and providing services, share it with the service staffs.
・Installation services in collaboration with Ellison's service engineers

2. Receiving, shipping and inventory management for customer Plant 15%
・Confirmation of shipping and receiving the inventory parts. Inventory management of parts sent from the office or parent company in Japan to the inventory / Global Wafer plant.
・To support for shipping parts from Global Wafer plant to the offices and parent company in Japan.
・To handle parts receiving, shipping and inventory management in Dallas.

3. On-site service by visiting customers 3%
・In cooperation with the Novi / Alpena office, we provide service support to existing and new customers, including those who locate in another state.
・This business trip also includes consecutive visits to remote locations, including weekends

4. Service sales activities through Plus One / JoiFUL activities 2%
・By contacting customers alone and jointly with sales engineers, we identify requirements and problems.
This activity also includes customer visits.
・To confirm requests and problems. To decide on countermeasures with design engineers and parent company in Japan, and submit estimates to customers.

5. Respond to service calls 3%
・To answer requested customer service calls and emails.
・To obtain information from sales, designers, and experts and provide answers to customers.

6. Support for other service members 2%
・To assist other service members with visits of customers and service calls/emails.
・To improve skills through supports and experiences in field.

7. Submit reports. Join a regular meeting (web) 5%
・Submission of weekly reports per request of the manager
・Submission of service reports and cost calculation sheets for field service works
- To submit weekly reports with working hours and information for ongoing customer support
・Participation in service meetings and NAC general meetings every Monday Morning
・Regularly visit the Novi office to share service information (approximately once every 1-2 month)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

・High School graduate or certificate. Wiring experience and /or sequence, ladder program knowledge (ex. Fanuc, Mitsubishi), also machine tool or similar equipment work experience preferable.
・Excellent customer service, listening and verbal communication skills. Self starter as well as team builder.
・Ability to travel up to 70%, with some overnight travel. Flexibility to travel on short notice as well.
*The ratio to job responsibilities varies, but depending on the load of service work, up to 70% may require on-site support.
・Job management skill. (Supervise sub-contractors and/or customer’s maintenance personnel.)

Physical Requirements:

・Able to work at heights up to 6 ft , lift up to 50 lbs., kneeling, squatting, climbing ladders
