POSITION PURPOSE:
1. To provide quotes, PO, invoices on parts sales and after sales service, and purchasing for our company.
2. To manage inventories in CDK.
3. To conduct with Engineering/Sales/Service division for customized equipment sales strategies.
4. Lead time & Cost of Sales Management
5. Localization enhancement on rebuild parts.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Creating Work Order
Make quotation, PO, and invoices for all Service and Rebuild and Procurement Sales, including Timeline
updates

2. Supporting for Sales Engineers and Service Engineers.
Provide the quotation and invoice for them. Provide required items when they need.

3. Purchasing. Manage complete purchase requisitions within a strict timeframe. Generates purchase orders
according to rigorous and demanding internal and external time lines.

4. Inventory Control. Manage day-to-day materials activates. Support Physical inventory counting on
Spindle Rebuild

5. Shipping coordination
Prepare and schedule shipping and packaging as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. High team-work skills and be eager to learn, as well as high communication skills internally and externally
2. Computer skills: Excel, Word and Access, Outlook, Acrobat
3. Bachelor Degree is preferable, not required. Fluent in Japanese is strongly preferred due to daily communication
between the customer and our company.
4. High volume of Data entry that lead to the accounting system, and therefore, detail oriented is also preferred
