Project Duration: 8 – 10 months, until completed.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a construction superintendent, preferably in commercial projects
Skilled in reading construction drawings
Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to coordinate with subcontractors, inspectors, and the project team
Familiarity with CA building codes, city inspections, and general construction sequencing
Capable of maintaining project schedules, site safety, and quality control
Ability to work closely with our project team and represent the company professionally on-site
Availability for a full weekday schedule (Monday–Friday, full-time); occasional weekend work may be required depending on progress.
