I. General Position summary:
General Summary
This position is responsible for the arrangement of import / export shipments and processing required documentation within established deadlines and in compliance with customs regulations and company procedures.
II. Essential Job functions:
Primary Job functions
1)
Perform Logistics functions
By booking with airlines, vessel companies, trucking companies, etc by inputting all necessary information to the AES filling to customs; by creating HAWB and MAWB label and applying to cargo; by processing invoices to send to customers; by sending all necessary shipping information and shipping documents to the appropriate party; by communicating effectively with customers, partners, vendors and staff and by demonstrating that our priority is our customer; by arranging for import shipment and coordinating with the airlines, custom brokers, trucking companies, etc; by tracking the delivery of exported and imported goods; by inspecting cargo; by packing and ensuring inventory list is correct; by troubleshooting any issues or problems and notifying appropriate management as necessary; by making suggestion for process improvement to management to prevent further issues and repeated problems; and by performing any administrative function as required by management
2)
Provides customer and administrative support
By inputting all necessary information related to the profit report; by proper handling of E/L according to written procedure; by reporting balance amounts to customers periodically; by
filling E/L to customs according to regulations; by making an inventory list for each customer an reporting it periodically; by understanding all necessary information including applicable laws, and airline rules to ensure expedition of exports; and by performing any administrative function required by management.

HOURS: Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm (1h break)
