Bilingual SAP ERP Manager
Work with a close-knit SAP ERP team within our Enterprise Solutions Department at SCSK USA!
Key Responsibilities
• Managing and the performing of SAP ERP and other systems related requirement analysis, proposals, design, implementation, and operation for our key accounts.
• Overseeing project execution and ensuring the on-time on-budget completion of projects which meet or exceeds the clients’ needs and expectations.
• Solves software requirements by analyzing, creating, and modifying SAP ERP systems to meet user needs.
• Change SAP ERP and other system configurations or programs.
• Create and maintain documentation of program designs and operation manuals by interpreting instructions and conducting training sessions as necessary.
• Communicate and negotiate with project stakeholders.
• Analyze client inquires and requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
• Project Management skills
• Analytical skills regarding requirement definitions, developments, implementation of SAP ERP and other system applications, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Intermediate Japanese communication skills are required in order to communicate with Japanese clients.
Experience
• Minimum 1 year of user support and 5 years of implementation experience with SAP ERP.
• Experience in web application development.
Certifications
Preferred Certifications
• SAP Certified Application Associate with ERP
• Project Management Professional

Our core business hours are 9 - 5:30 with one hour unpaid lunch in between. Actual working hours may be slightly different, depending business needs.
This position require in-person office attendance 2 days per week. No Exceptions.
