- Order process
- Process invoice
- Managing product shipping schedule
- Corresponding inquiries/ questions from clients
- Data entry
- Other sales/ administrative tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Japanese bilingual
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skill
HOURS:
Mon-Fri 8am to 4:30pm (30min lunch break)
