The ideal candidate will operate independently or collaboratively within the sales team to uncover new business opportunities and build lasting client partnerships.

Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience):
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of sales experience in packaging machinery, industrial equipment, or a closely related field
• Proven track record of acquiring and maintaining large accounts
• Direct experience in customer acquisition and retention within the packaging machinery industry is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven sales strategies
