Detail: 日系航空会社にて貨物営業（Inside Sales）を募集しております。
This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the cargo sales team, such as cargo booking, invoicing and flight planning.
Duties/Responsibilities:
● Support outside sales by booking cargo space, providing clients with flight schedules, rates and information and necessary support, and ensuring standard procedures are followed.
● Input shipment data such as dimensions and weights for the flight planning.
● Prepare air waybills
● Input billing data and correct billing errors as necessary.
● Work with the operation team for the daily shipment schedule.
Minimum Requirements:
● Excellent English communication skills
● Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
● Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadline
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
● Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
● Accounting knowledge
● Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa support available)
● Must be able to obtain an ORD airport badge with U.S. Custom clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
● 1-2 years of experience in the air cargo industry is preferred
● Knowledge of TSA, CBP/AMS regulations is preferred
Education and Experience:
● High school diploma or higher
Physical Requirements:
● Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
● Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
Work Schedule:
● 40 hours per week
● Holidays
● Weekends as needed
● May require occasional work on holidays.
