Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Equity Analyst to join our investment team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in equity research or investment analysis, with a strong understanding of global markets and financial modeling. This role involves conducting in-depth research, generating investment ideas, and supporting portfolio management decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
●Conduct fundamental analysis of publicly traded companies across various sectors
●Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation frameworks
●Monitor market trends, macroeconomic indicators, and industry developments
●Prepare investment reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders
●Collaborate with portfolio managers to support investment strategies
●Participate in earnings calls, investor briefings, and industry conferences
●Maintain coverage of assigned stocks and update recommendations as needed

Qualifications:
●Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CFA preferred)
●3–5 years of experience in equity research, investment banking, or asset management
●Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
●Excellent written and verbal communication skills
●Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
●Japanese language proficiency is a plus but not required
●Experience working at a Japanese company and familiarity with Japanese business culture is a strong plus.
●Must be able to commute to the office location.
●Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
