Detail: Japanese IT company seeks a Japanese Bilingual IT Account Manager; proactive and culturally fluent bilingual (Japanese-English) professional to join our team in a hybrid or remote capacity. This role focuses on driving new business development and supporting existing client relationships, primarily within global Japanese enterprises. You’ll be at the forefront of solution-based sales, promoting ERP and related technologies such as RPA, BI, and AI.

Responsibilities
New Business Development
• Identify and approach potential clients through marketing, networking, and daily sales activities
• Conduct consultative sales focused on ERP and complementary business solutions (RPA, BI, AI, etc.)
Existing Client Support & Customer Relations
• Manage ongoing sales activities and small-scale projects for existing clients using ERP and business systems
• Communicate effectively with domestic and international vendors to ensure smooth project execution
Marketing & Outreach
• Support marketing initiatives via web, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
• Assist in planning and executing webinars and other promotional events

Qualifications
• Fluent in both Japanese and English (business-level proficiency required)
• Prior experience in solution sales is a plus
• Candidates with sales experience in other fields targeting Japanese companies in the U.S. are welcome, even without IT/solution sales background
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Hybrid work style preferred (3 days/week in office for local candidates); fully remote available for those outside commuting range
• Willingness to travel for business (valid driver’s license required)
